These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LJSN Connect, operated by London Job Seeker Networks ("LJSN", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

LJSN Connect is a professional networking platform for adults aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Member Accounts

To access LJSN Connect, you must create a member account. You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at admin@ljsn.co.uk

Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared with others.

3. The One Seat Rule

LJSN Connect operates on a one-profession-per-chapter basis. Only one member per professional category may hold a seat in each chapter. This rule exists to eliminate internal competition and ensure collaborative, team-based networking.

4. Member Conduct

Members agree to use LJSN Connect in a professional and respectful manner. You must not:

Provide false or misleading information in your profile or referrals
Harass, threaten, or demean other members
Use the platform for spam, solicitation, or unsolicited promotions
Share confidential information about other members outside the platform
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or platform systems

5. Referrals and Networking

LJSN Connect facilitates referrals between members. All referrals should be made in good faith. LJSN is not liable for the outcome of any referral, introduction, or business interaction made through the platform.

6. Job Trust and Project Pod

LJSN Connect includes premium features such as Job Trust and Project Pod. Access to these features may require payment or approval. Terms specific to these features will be communicated at the time of enrolment. LJSN does not guarantee employment outcomes from use of Job Trust.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the community. Members may also request account deletion by contacting admin@ljsn.co.uk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on LJSN Connect are owned by London Job Seeker Networks. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

LJSN Connect is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LJSN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LJSN Connect after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify members of significant changes via the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
